Kathy

Kathy has worked in customer service related businesses for over 30 years and finds dentistry to be one of the most challenging and exciting careers in her deep Service Management experience.

Kathy’s decision to join the practice as Team Leader/Office Manager was easy when she considered the talent of the Eaves Family Dental Team and the state-of-the-art care that they so professionally deliver in their highly advanced patient care center. “When I researched joining Eaves Family Dental, it became clear that this is the practice on the cutting edge of all current practices in dentistry today. It also was interesting to reflect on the fine care that three generation of my family continue to enjoy at this practice.”

Lynda

Lynda has been with Eaves Family Dental for over 14 years and has served in nearly every capacity – dental assisting, treatment coordinator, billing and maintaining the schedules for the Doctors.

Many of our patients ask where Lynda is when they come in the office if they don’t immediately see her at the front desk. “I have had the pleasure of watching our office grow over the years and it is very rewarding to see how our patients continue to enjoy and share their beautiful smiles.”

“Mel”

Mel has worked at Eaves Family Dental for seven years. Mel retired and now is on her 2nd tour of duty for our practice. Not long after her retirement, we asked her to come and work with us again. She is such a valuable member of our team and can effectively work in virtually all aspects for the practice. Before finding Eaves Family dental, Mel attended SUNY Geneseo, and then went on to a very successful 30-year career in banking as a key person in various customer service areas.

Shelley

Hygiene Coordinator

Shelley does a remarkable job of keeping track of cleaning appointments for our patients. She knows that a patient’s continued good health can depend upon regular cleanings and oral exams. Feel free to call Shelley at any time to schedule cleaning appointments at your convenience.

Sue

Treatment Coordinator

Several months ago we needed a dedicated individual to help our patients schedule their treatments at convenient times. Having been with the practice for about 13 months at that time, Sue was the logical staff member for this promotion. Sue wants our patients to continue to maintain their beautiful smiles by efficiently managing our Dentists’ schedules.

Tammy

Insurance Coordinator

Keeping track of insurance claims and payments is a big job in our practice and Tammy handles it with aplomb. Tammy’s dedication to providing our patients with the best information available to assist patients in utilizing their dental insurance is unequaled in the field of dentistry in our market area.

Brooke

Brooke has been a patient at Eaves Family Dental since she was 3 years old and says “I believe in both of the doctors I work for. I believe that Dr. Marilyn and Dr. Ed are the best in their field.”

Brooke was hired to be part of our front office staff and while she enjoys greeting our patients, her real love is in the clinical side of the practice. She has recently begun her training to assist the hygienists and doctors. Brooke’s interests in many aspects of medicine – chemical dependency counseling, massage therapy, esthetics and holistic medicine – blend well with the high level of’ education and knowledge expected of our staff at Eaves Family Dental.

Jason

Front Office Staff

Jason ’s education in health care administration assists in providing our patients with the highest level of attention to their appointments and treatments. Don’t ever hesitate to ask for Jason’s help when you call our office or come in for your appointments.
